Estaba justo pensando (o queriendo pensar) que sería mucho más simple tener todo en un mismo hogar. Mi pobre y contaminado cerebro, que todavía se resiste a pensar en un único código lingüístico, quiso elaborar algo así:

"It would be so much easier to have everything in the same home."

But the immediate thought, the one that actually formed itself with the available words in my head, was

"It would be so much easier to have everything in the same heart."

For I realize now that I have many hearts, and that each of them aches at a different time.
